Chingkee Tea

27 Nov

It’s been two weeks since I’ve arrived here in Cagayan De Oro and I love how the place is so small but so progressive. You’ll be surprised to see a lot of really good home-grown restaurants and international brands in their malls. But the one place I’ve fallen completely in love with is this quaint hidden treasure called: Chingkee Tea.

The place is located near Xavier University. Frequented by a lot of students, thus having really affordable prices. Their menu has a limited range of drinks though. They only serve milk teas and fruit teas. They taste really good too. Price ranges from Php 60.00 to Php 150.00. They also serve pasta and a few types of pastries. They say there’s another newly opened branch somewhere in the city and that more drinks are served there. But I haven’t had the chance to visit there yet.

What I adore the most about this place is the quirky and unique designs littered around every corner of the café. You’ll be amazed at the creativity of the inside interior. Here are some of my favorite nooks:

And of course, what best way to chill here than enjoy the cute ambiance with your friends. 🙂

It definitely is, tea’o clock! A must-visit for tea lovers and happy places. 🙂
